Here's some pics from the web.īut according to Wiki and my latest copy of Janes Infantry Weapons the Rk95 tp was produce in small numbers. From the pics of it in my Janes book the Rk.95 tp has real resemblance to the original Israeli Galil. 90, in small numbers, and also the Rk.95 tp which was intended to be a further improved version, and was/is fielded by the FDF. In addition, to the Rk.62s lets not forget that Finland had Sako produce an improved version, the Rk. While Norinco Aks are highly thought of here perhaps Finland bought some that were ridden hard and put away wet before sale. The opinion of the Finns were the Chicom AKMs had poor quality and accuracy.
In digging through the net I've found chatter from late 2000s that some Finns said that Finland acquired ~130,000 Norinco AKMs/Type 56-2s and ~ 100,000 E.
